Yes. The consultation fee is paid to the doctor at the clinic, in cash or UPI, just as today. The ₹49 booking fee is the only amount you pay us for a doctor visit.
What if I don't have a smartphone?
Walk in as usual. The clinic adds you with your phone number, and your prescription reaches you by SMS. You can see everything in the app later by signing in with that number.
Can my son or daughter outside Silchar help?
Yes. Add them as your caregiver. They get your alerts, are told if a dose is missed, and, if you allow it, can book and order for you.

Is my period diary private?
Yes. Only you can see it. It isn't shared with doctors, family helpers or in reports, and reminders just say "Your cycle". You can delete it any time.
How does asking for blood work?
You say the group, hospital and town. Donors nearby whose blood suits are asked, and blood banks in town are told. Donors see your number only after they agree to come. Never pay anyone for blood.
Can I ask a doctor something privately?
Yes, free. Doctors see only your question, whether it is from a woman or a man, and whether you are under 21: never your name, phone number or profile. You get one neutral message when it is answered. Nothing goes into shared records, and you can lock this section with a PIN.
Who can see the sex and contraception lessons?
Only people aged 21 and over. Lessons on consent, safety, abuse and rights are open to everyone, and free helplines such as Childline 1098 and Women 181 are one tap away.
